Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews, questionnaires, and direct observations, ensuring accurate understanding of individual circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and personal life challenges, while employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Lead psychotherapy groups for patients, fostering a safe and engaging environment where they can openly discuss their experiences and learn from one another.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution is required for this position.
