Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Assess patients’ current mental health status, including conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, to inform treatment plans.

• Organize and prioritize your daily responsibilities by responding to the evolving needs of new, current, and discharging patients.

• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders using evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that interventions are relevant and effective.

• Support patients through crises, offering intervention strategies during bereavement and other critical moments.

• Adhere to all organizational and legal standards to promote the health and safety of all parties involved.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in providing comprehensive mental health counseling services.

• Proficiency with digital tools, including email and word processing software, to maintain documentation and foster communication.

Preferred Experience\n
