Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with participants to help them avoid crisis situations and utilize appropriate support resources.

• Conduct routine assessments and maintain crisis alerts in coordination with county crisis services, ensuring timely interventions as needed.

• Facilitate and document transitions to hospital or inpatient services, coordinating closely with medical staff to prepare for safe discharges and follow-up care.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly review clients’ progress towards their mental health goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
