Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system to closely monitor, document, and communicate patient progress towards their mental health goals, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, contributing insights and feedback to improve therapy sessions and patient care strategies.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and policies, ensuring you provide the highest standard of care.

• Follow daily schedules set forth by your supervisor to maintain consistency in service delivery and support client engagement.

• Implement and follow directives from treatment plans while providing necessary follow-up care and support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on a diverse population of young people dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges. As a Remote Licensed Counselor, you will work with adolescents and young adults, offering tailored therapeutic interventions that foster resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills. You will play a vital role in their journey from vulnerability to strength and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Empathetic communication skills with the ability to connect with young clients and understand their unique needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, particularly in managing high caseloads effectively.

• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Demonstrated ability to motivate clients through challenges and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach toward client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
