Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for clients.

• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress using electronic medical records, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members and participate actively in case reviews and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

• Provide information and referrals to clients for additional social and financial support services when identified needs arise.

• Maintain current credentials and comply with licensing board requirements through continuing education and professional development.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and organizational policies while maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients, helping them navigate the challenges they face in a constantly changing environment. You will work with a diverse population dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and academic pressures. Your role is to empower these young individuals by fostering resilience and equipping them with coping mechanisms and strategies for success.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent mental health license in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while ensuring the quality of care and effective communication with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid, with a commitment to maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses.

• Must possess a valid Oregon Driver's License for any potential travel related to client services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
