Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate mental health conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions, including group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy, using psychoeducational resources and therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth.

• Engage in case management activities to coordinate care and ensure that all aspects of the clients' health—and that of their support systems—are addressed holistically.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical documentation and treatment methods.

• Integrate principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Cultural and Linguistic Appropriate Services into all aspects of care to ensure services are effective and respectful.

• Maintain effective communication with clients’ families and other integral support systems, fostering collaboration with schools, childcare providers, and community agencies.

• Regularly attend training sessions and maintain continuing education units (CEUs) to uphold licensure and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse client base consisting of adults and youth ranging from young children to adolescents. Thoughtful Wellbeing Counseling Services emphasizes trauma-informed care for clients who may have experienced adverse or life-altering events. You will be expected to apply developmental considerations into your care strategies, tailoring interventions that are appropriate for each age group.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and strong communication skills utilizing technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on experience.
