Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to a regular work schedule as established by your direct supervisor, ensuring timely availability for client sessions and team meetings.

• Follow through on directives and instructions to maintain compliance with organizational policies and client care standards.

• Maintain a current Oregon Driver’s License as needed for community outreach or face-to-face client engagements when applicable.

• Hold a valid CPR and First Aid Certificate to ensure safety and preparedness in any situation.

• Demonstrate effective organizational skills and time management to manage high caseload volumes while delivering quality client care.

• Pursue ongoing professional development to meet licensing requirements and expand competencies within the field of mental health.

• Utilize electronic medical records systems to document client interactions, monitor progress, and collaborate on treatment plans.
\n
• Attend and actively participate in required organizational meetings to foster teamwork, share insights, and align on best practices.

• Adhere to ethical codes of conduct and follow all established policies, procedures, and protocols outlined by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.

• Assist clients in identifying and addressing financial or social needs that may impact their therapy and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on empowering youth, helping them navigate the complexities of adolescence, academic pressures, and interpersonal relationships. You will work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapies to encourage positive outcomes. The ability to connect with young people and foster a safe, trusting environment is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory for practice.
