Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's mental health and establish a therapeutic rapport.

• Design personalized treatment plans with measurable objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.

• Hold regular therapy sessions with clients, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs in both individual and group settings.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all confidentiality and privacy requirements.

You will work closely with a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural sensitivity in therapy.

• Proven ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive practices.

• Excellent crisis intervention capability, demonstrating poise and decisiveness in high-stress situations.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems along with standard computer applications.

• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating effectively with peers and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specialized therapy methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or substance abuse counseling.

• Familiarity with community resources and support systems that can further assist clients in their recovery journey.

• Previous involvement in treatment planning and program development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
