Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine immediate needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
