Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a spectrum of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on realistic goals and progress evaluation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure quality care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Stay informed on best practices and current research in the behavioral health field, integrating new techniques and approaches into your practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision to foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

• Manage a caseload that may involve time-sensitive interventions, requiring effective prioritization and task management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on teenagers and young adults, addressing varied and complex behavioral health issues. Your therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and supporting clients in effectively managing their emotional and psychological difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to provide therapeutic services in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
