Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and craft individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including adults and children facing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Engage in direct patient care through telehealth sessions, ensuring documentation is meticulously maintained in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment methodologies based on individual needs.

• Facilitate case management by triaging patients to appropriate resources, coordinating care with other health service providers, and providing referrals as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
