Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments for both adult and child clients presenting with various mental health concerns.

• Develop, implement, and review detailed treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient-centered care is at the forefront of all activities.

• Provide crisis intervention services and therapeutic support through various telehealth platforms, allowing for effective and timely care delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment updates, and any changes to care plans, while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

• Perform case management duties, including coordinating referrals, tracking patient progress, and liaising with other providers and support services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, with the exact salary dependent on experience and caseload management.
