Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while serving clients primarily through an outpatient therapy model. You will have access to a supportive digital infrastructure that includes electronic medical records for efficient documentation and communication regarding patient progress. Although your work will be conducted primarily from home, you will be integral to team meetings and collaborative decision-making processes aimed at enhancing our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using our electronic medical records system.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and ensure the highest quality of client care.

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional competencies as required by licensing boards and organizational standards.

• Support clients in identifying and addressing financial or social needs through appropriate resource referrals.

• Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to the development of evolving best practices within the organization.

• Follow all applicable ethical guidelines, procedures, and organizational protocols to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume caseload environment, ensuring adherence to a structured work schedule.

• Assist in the triaging of care delivery needs based on urgency and clinical priority.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of young people, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in developing therapeutic relationships, understanding their unique backgrounds, and empowering them through tailored interventions that promote resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of clients.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to motivate both clients and colleagues.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with adolescent populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 50,000 and 80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
