Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients, utilizing structured interview techniques and diagnostic tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based methodologies pertinent to their diagnoses.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes through progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Provide ongoing consultation and training to other facility staff to enhance the overall quality of mental health services and promote a culture of learning.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote preventive mental health services and increase awareness about mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will serve a varied client base that includes individuals and families seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field, with a focus on mental health counseling.
