Key Responsibilities\n

• Set and adhere to a regular work schedule as established by your direct supervisor, ensuring consistency in client availability.

• Implement feedback from supervision sessions and follow directives with precision while maintaining a client-centered approach.

• Maintain an active Oregon driver’s license and keep up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure emergency preparedness.
\n
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a high volume of clients while delegating tasks when necessary.

• Engage with our electronic medical record system to document client progress, treatment responses, and personalize their social work plans through regular assessments.

• Stay current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health practices, attending mandatory meetings and training sessions.

• Provide clients with resources relevant to their financial and social needs, guiding them through challenges to promote their overall well-being.

• Contribute to quality improvement efforts by adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies while performing all assigned duties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will focus primarily on a diverse population of young individuals who are navigating various challenges in their lives, from academic pressures to personal difficulties. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will employ a strengths-based approach by tailoring therapeutic interventions designed to address individual and family dynamics while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or be actively working towards licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
