Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Casaprime Behavioral Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Continuously monitoring and documenting patient progress, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies that align with the diagnostic frameworks established during evaluations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards while integrating current technology in your practice.

• Collaborating closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to establish effective treatment plans and ensure that ongoing therapeutic approaches are relevant and culturally sensitive.

• Coordinating referrals to other professionals and agencies, ensuring that patients have access to a holistic range of resources that support their mental health journey.

• Providing mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and fellow team members, fostering a culture of learning and accountability within the clinical setting.

• Participating in clinical collaboration sessions, peer reviews, and chart audits to facilitate ongoing professional development and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a community health clinic or similar environment. Familiarity with telehealth services and evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced clinicians will be an asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
