Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, using clinically appropriate evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring interventions to best support the client’s goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and case consultations to foster collaboration, share insights, and strategize on treatment approaches to enhance client care.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, other clinicians, and administrative personnel to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families within school systems, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. Many of our clients represent culturally diverse backgrounds, necessitating sensitivity and adaptability in your approaches to ensure effective communication and care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or school setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices and interventions with strong clinical judgment and empathy.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients virtually.
