Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of adult clients dealing with a spectrum of emotional issues.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Utilize advanced digital tools and automated symptom assessments to track client progress, allowing for timely adjustments in treatment plans based on goal attainment and functional improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Soul Support and Emotional Recovery, you will work with adults who are experiencing a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
