Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients through video chat and occasional in-person meetings, focusing on their mental health, emotional support, and coping mechanisms.

• Thoroughly assess clients' psychosocial needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific circumstances and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to ensure comprehensive care for clients in a hospice setting.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with terminal illnesses, chronic conditions, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Proven proficiency in clinical practice, including thorough assessment, diagnosis, intervention planning, and implementation.

Resolute Psychological Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , determined by experience and qualifications.
