Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based counseling, psychotherapy, and treatment services to a diverse range of clients dealing with mental health challenges. You will develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans tailored to meet individual needs.

• Conduct detailed assessments by collecting data through interviews, observation, and case histories to evaluate clients’ conditions. Your analysis will help identify the root causes of issues and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals to specialists.

• Maintain an active caseload that includes both individual therapy sessions and collateral support. Effectively manage your time and caseload to meet the needs of your clients.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies by reviewing client case files for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You will oversee the documentation process to ensure that all required assessments and progress notes meet clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement best practices in assessment protocols, consistently seeking ways to improve therapeutic approaches in line with health plan regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating foundational knowledge and expertise in clinical practice.

• A valid, active, and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 120,000 to 130,000.
