Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and outline specific interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to establish coordinated and effective treatment strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients in high-risk situations.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress within specified legal frameworks.

• Facilitate online group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
