Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, focusing on providing both individual and collateral therapy to clients.

• Ensure meticulous documentation for each client, including progress notes, assessments, care plans, and closing letters, while adhering to both clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Train and modify assessment protocols to align with best practices and health plan regulations, contributing to improved therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies, share insights, and collaborate on complex cases.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
