Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with hospice patients who are facing life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
