Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical consultation and psychotherapy services to patients and their families, leveraging your expertise in social work to address emotional and psychological needs.

• Document and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with agency policies, funding requirements, and federal, state, and county regulations.

• Oversee the training and professional development of interns and trainees, ensuring that they complete all documentation and are compliant with educational and therapeutic standards.

• Conduct performance evaluations for interns, support their onboarding experience, and manage their caseloads to enhance programmatic outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and school site contacts, to monitor and address client needs and concerns effectively.

• Participate in the ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives related to client documentation and record-keeping.

• Attend agency meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Engage in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new interns, facilitating recruitment events and promoting the benefits of joining our organization.

• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, proactively reporting maintenance or safety issues to ensure a safe therapeutic setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with hospice patients and their families, supporting them through one of life’s most challenging phases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another relevant mental health discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
