Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and provide individualized interventions for clients, ensuring services are tailored to their specific needs related to mental and emotional health.

• Implement evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screening tools, and develop comprehensive care plans that link clients with pertinent services.

• Perform both individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions that empower clients to finding their pathways to recovery.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to improve skills and adhere to the ethical standards of practice.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Actively contribute to crisis intervention efforts, responding promptly to client needs during acute situations.
\n
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as required to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Champion safety protocols, identifying and addressing any issues within the work environment that may compromise client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves clients experiencing symptoms of significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to, severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Understanding diverse client backgrounds is essential, as we work with individuals from various traditions, cultures, and socio-economic statuses. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
