Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring treatment approaches are individualized.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions aimed at achieving measurable outcomes for clients.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, as well as safety planning to manage acute mental health concerns effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that help clients better understand their mental health challenges and available coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support client care and organizational compliance.

Qualifications\n
