Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources for treatment.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, establishing actionable goals and appropriate interventions.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as necessary to ensure clients' safety and stability.

• Maintain consistent communication with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that care is coordinated and empathy-driven, tailored to the client’s changing needs.

• Facilitate meaningful group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to provide clients with a communal support structure.

• Document all client interactions accurately, in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring adherence to confidentiality protocols.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to the continuous development of treatment strategies and sharing insights to enhance team effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification who may be experiencing co-occurring mental health conditions. This includes those dealing with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
