Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sunrise Behavioral Health PC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals entering the detox program.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with other team members to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Monitor outcomes and progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary.
\n
• Provide direct support and counseling to clients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges associated with addiction recovery.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach in all interactions, promoting positive development and engagement.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
\n
• Develop rapport with clients and their families to create a trusting and supportive environment conducive to growth and healing.
\n
• Educate families on strategies to enhance their loved one's development and recovery, fostering a team approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve assisting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, as well as addressing their related mental health needs. You will be engaging with a diverse client population, including young adults and individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring a customizable and empathetic approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license.
\n
• Strong adaptability to various learning styles and the ability to meet the individualized treatment needs of each client.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Proficient communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and families.
\n
• A respectful demeanor and a commitment to working collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications mentioned, the following experience is highly desirable:

Compensation and Benefits\n
