Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations to determine patient needs and treatment readiness.

• Collaborate with patients in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal histories.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support to patients in acute distress while ensuring seamless coordination with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed for effective mental health management.

• Regularly engage in outcome assessments to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust plans as needed for optimal patient care.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating relevant information into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
