Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gauge the mental health status of individuals in hospice care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique goals while considering their cultural context.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in a variety of formats, including one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when patients are experiencing acute distress, ensuring continuity of care and support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, adhering to clinic policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Engage in psychoeducation, empowering patients and their families with effective tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, with actual compensation being determined based on experience, qualifications, and departmental budget.
