Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing a blend of flexibility and the opportunity to connect with clients in the comfort of their own surroundings. While the role is primarily conducted online, you may occasionally need to engage in in-person visits for assessments or care coordination. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to meet client needs. Flexibility is essential as you may need to accommodate urgent situations that arise after hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of seniors, considering their emotional health, mental status, and social circumstances.
