Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns while identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions—including individual, family, and group therapy—tailoring interventions to reflect the unique cultural backgrounds and specific needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems Therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that outline clear goals, actionable interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, encompassing risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support during emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
