Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Regularly evaluate and document progress towards treatment goals, employing evidence-based interventions and strategies that align with the patients' mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical reports, and other required information using contemporary technology in compliance with legal and departmental standards.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement holistic treatment plans that prioritize desired outcomes and accessible care options.

• Anticipate patient safety issues and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address the emotional and psychological needs of patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
