Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as necessary, to establish an individualized treatment plan that considers cultural diversity and the unique needs of our client population.

• Regularly monitor and assess patients' progress, implementing tailored interventions and strategies aimed at supporting their mental health goals and enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical information using contemporary electronic health record (EHR) systems, strictly adhering to regulatory and departmental policies.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment objectives, ensuring alignment with patient goals and addressing safety concerns and symptom management in a supportive manner.

• Serve as a critical resource by coordinating referral options, effectively linking patients with other treatment providers while fostering beneficial relationships within the clinical community.

• Engage in mentorship and educational roles, providing oversight and guidance to students, interns, and other team members as directed by clinical supervisors, thereby supporting the professional development of fellow clinicians.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
