This full-time position allows you the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with clients through telehealth sessions. Our Detox Center in Eloy is a vital part of our service delivery, and you will seamlessly integrate remote care with necessary in-person interactions when needed. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, ensuring comprehensive treatment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions, promoting client resilience and mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to HIPAA standards and state regulations to ensure client confidentiality.

Your role will primarily focus on clients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no history of disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
