Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' mental health statuses and devise effective evidence-based treatment plans in concordance with state regulations.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for diagnosing and creating individualized care plans that account for cultural diversity and address special patient needs.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, implementing interventions tailored to observed changes in mental well-being, and adjusting treatment objectives as necessary.

• Document and maintain precise treatment records in line with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices in clinical record-keeping.

• Engage collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure the development of comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient goals and promote desired health outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals, acting as an essential bridge between patients and other treatment providers, while fostering strong professional relationships with referring clinicians and agencies.
