Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ specific concerns and backgrounds.

• Utilize advanced psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify appropriate interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to address clients’ evolving needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, including suicide assessments, while coordinating necessary hospitalizations if situations escalate.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery and continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans using secure electronic health record systems.
\n
• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to improve service delivery.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to further enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will engage with are primarily students and their families within the school system who experience a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. You will play a pivotal role in addressing these concerns through a supportive and empathetic lens while leveraging your expertise to empower clients towards positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services, particularly in an outpatient or school setting.
