Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs using established diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Formulate individualized care plans that encompass the patient's cultural backgrounds and particular requirements.

  Continuously monitor patient progress by implementing appropriate interventions and adjustments to treatment strategies. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance mental health outcomes and ensure alignment with the patient's goals.
