Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that encompass their goals and therapeutic requirements.

• Implement evidence-based psychotherapy interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing their conditions.

• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create a holistic approach to client care, facilitating interdisciplinary communication.

Qualifications\n
