Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, effectively identifying social determinants and developing treatment goals tailored to each individual’s situation.

• Provide empathetic and effective one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a diverse array of mental health and psychosocial issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at building supportive networks among clients, discussing shared experiences, and offering psychoeducation on coping strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based interventions and clearly defined, measurable goals to track client progress.

• Deliver crisis intervention support including thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and connecting clients with emergency services when necessary.

• Advocate for clients' rights and improve their access to various community resources and healthcare services, helping them navigate complex systems for improved outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Summit Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
