Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our facility, you will have the significant responsibility of delivering tailored therapeutic services to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading engaging group sessions designed to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Providing personalized counseling that empowers clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will engage with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. By creating a supportive therapeutic environment, you will contribute to their journey of recovery and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Georgia.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in counseling or mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
