Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will:

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate therapy sessions to enhance communication skills and resolve conflicts, addressing challenges faced by blended families and siblings.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress within our digital health record systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective follow-ups.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including both adults and adolescents facing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. Your work will notably impact families navigating complex dynamics, fostering healthier relationships and emotional wellness throughout the community.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional experience in family therapy, crisis intervention, or community health settings will be highly regarded.
