Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans outlining specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and methodologies tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to enhance client safety and support.

• Facilitate empowering group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering a sense of community and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
