Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient status and diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop tailored care plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific needs.

  Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress, implementing appropriate interventions and strategies to align with mental health goals and anticipated outcomes.

  Accurately prepare and maintain all required treatment documentation, including clinical reports and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

  Collaborate with patients and their support systems to construct detailed treatment plans that address their goals, desires, and overall treatment path for optimal outcomes.
