Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of diverse ages, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills, conflict resolution, and overall relationship health.

• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans to reflect clients' ongoing progress, ensuring responsiveness to changes in their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals as necessary to create a holistic care approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and development, staying current with best practices and emerging research in therapy.

• Advocate for client rights and well-being, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.

• Create and maintain a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families. Your expertise will be essential in addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to marital conflicts, parenting challenges, childhood behavioral concerns, and adult mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the State Board is mandatory.

• Strong skills in timely documentation and completion of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
