Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of clients to determine suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Formulate and implement treatment plans that are customized to meet the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
