Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be tasked with empowering clients through various therapeutic practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, address challenges, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Recording thorough and timely documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes for each client.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Current certification and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.
