This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring each assessment is thorough and individualized.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Connecticut.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with specialized training in therapeutic practices applicable to addiction treatment and trauma counseling, as well as those familiar with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Experience in community health settings or collaborative team environments is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
