Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of young adults. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Leading engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and support one another in their recovery journey.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Providing personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that genuinely address their specific needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Tracking and evaluating client progress through assessment tools, feedback, and regular consultations with your multidisciplinary team.

• Team Collaboration: Actively communicating and coordinating care with therapists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing various mental health challenges. By utilizing evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches, you will provide critical support in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), guiding clients through their recovery in a setting that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Active and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and their families.

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with young adults in a mental health treatment setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
