Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, cultivating rapport and trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's unique challenges and aspirations.

• Utilize various digital tools, including RMS systems and spreadsheets, to track case developments and enhance clinical efficiency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate.
